What this notice covers
This notice covers this website and nothing else. It does not cover the channels the project keeps on other platforms, which are governed by those platforms and by their own policies (see section VIII), and it does not cover any blockchain, wallet, exchange or marketplace, none of which the project operates.
The project is pre-launch. No token contract is deployed, submissions are not open, and there is no application, account system or wallet connection on this site. If any of that changes, this notice changes first.
II
Who is responsible for this website
13 Players Club publishes this website. The legal structure behind the project is under review, which is stated on the site itself in the Open Record, so this notice does not name a company, an address or a registration number that does not yet exist.

The identity of the data controller: the legal or natural person who is formally responsible for the processing described here, together with a postal address and a contact route for data matters. This cannot be written until the entity question is settled.

The jurisdiction and the data protection law this notice is written under. That choice determines which of the rights in section X apply, what a valid contact route has to look like, and whether a representative or a data protection officer has to be named.

What this website collects
Nothing you give it. The site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no login, no wallet connection, no payments, no comments and no uploads. There is no form on any page of this website that submits anywhere, so there is nothing you could hand over even if you wanted to.
Two things are recorded without you doing anything, and both have their own section below: the page-view count described in section V, and the request data your browser unavoidably sends to the server in order to be given the page at all, described in section VI.
The Lore Challenge section shows a submission chamber with thirteen answer fields and a wallet field. Every one of those fields is disabled and unnamed, the button beside them is inert, and none of it is wrapped in a form. It is a preview of a mechanism that is not open yet. Nothing you type could go anywhere, because nothing can be typed.
There is no newsletter and no email capture on this site. If one is ever added, it will appear in this notice before it appears on the site.

Cookies
This website sets no cookies. It sends no Set-Cookie header from any page, and its own code writes nothing to local storage, session storage or any other client-side store.
That includes the page-view count in section V. Vercel's documentation states that Web Analytics "does not use cookies", and that "instead of relying on cookies like many analytics products, visitors are identified by a hash created from the incoming request". Those are Vercel's words about Vercel's product, reported here rather than adopted.
If your browser shows a cookie for this address while you are developing locally, it belongs to something else running on the same machine. Cookies are shared between different services on the same hostname, which is a property of browsers rather than of this site.

Analytics
This website runs Vercel Web Analytics, added on 13 August 2026. It counts page views and visits, and it is the only measurement of any kind here: no tag manager, no tracking pixel, no session recorder, no heatmap, no A/B testing tool, no advertising or conversion tag, and no product analytics package.
Everything stated below about what that count does and does not record is taken from Vercel's own published documentation for the feature — its Privacy and Compliance page and its Web Analytics page — and nothing has been added to it.
How a visitor is counted. Vercel writes that "instead of relying on cookies like many analytics products, visitors are identified by a hash created from the incoming request", that using a generated hash "means visitors can't be tracked between different days or different websites", and that "the generated hash is valid for a single day, at which point it is automatically reset". It also states that "the lifespan of a visitor session is not stored permanently, it is automatically discarded after 24 hours".
What may be recorded with each page view. Vercel lists the information that "may be stored with every data point", and the list is this in full: the event timestamp; the URL; the dynamic path; the referrer; query parameters, filtered; geolocation, given in their example as a country, a region and a city; the device operating system and its version; the browser and its version; the device type — mobile, desktop or tablet; and the version of the analytics script itself. This site passes no custom events and defines none.
What Vercel states is not collected. That "no personal identifiers that track and cross-check end users' data across different applications or websites, are collected"; that the recording of data points "is anonymous, so you have insight into your data without it being tied to or associated with any individual, customer, or IP address"; and that Web Analytics "does not collect or store any information that would enable you to reconstruct an end user's browsing session across different applications or websites and/or personally identify an end user". Vercel also states that by default it "allows you to use only aggregated data that can not identify or re-identify customers' end users". These are Vercel's characterisations of their own product. This notice reports them; it does not certify them.
Where it goes. Both the measuring script and the address it reports to are served from this website's own domain, so reading this site contacts no other host — see section VII. What Vercel documents about the destination is that "the script will begin transmitting page view data to Vercel's servers". Vercel is also this site's host, which section VI describes separately.
Nothing measured here will ever be shown on this site. There is no visitor counter, no "N people viewing", no view count, no trending or popularity signal, and there will not be one. The numbers exist so the project can see whether anyone is reading; they are not content and they are not a marketing device.

The region or regions in which Vercel processes this analytics data, and how long it is retained. Vercel's documentation for this feature names neither: it says only that the data goes to Vercel's servers, and that the visitor session is discarded after 24 hours, which is a different question from how long the page-view records are kept. This has to be read off Vercel's terms for the plan the site is actually on and stated as a place and a period, not estimated.

Whether anything further is required of this site in respect of the measurement described above — any consent step, any notice, any legal basis — and under which law. Vercel describes the feature as cookie-free and anonymous, and that description is quoted above, but it is their statement about their product and it is not a determination about this site. That determination depends on the controller and jurisdiction still open in section II and is for counsel, not for this page.
VI
Hosting, and what the host processes
This website is hosted on Vercel. A host cannot deliver a page without processing the request that asked for it, so a claim that nothing at all is collected would be untrue. What Vercel processes, as the infrastructure provider, is standard request data: your IP address, your browser's user agent string, the time of the request, and which page was requested.
That processing exists so that the page can be delivered to you and so that the service can be protected against abuse, denial of service and other attacks. The project does not use it to build a profile of you, does not combine it with anything else, and has built no tooling to query it. Vercel processes it under its own privacy terms as the provider of the service.

How long the host retains request logs, and under which of Vercel's current terms and data processing agreements. This has to be read off Vercel's own documentation for the plan the site is actually deployed on, and stated here as a period rather than estimated.

Other third parties
Apart from the host, this website loads nothing from anyone. There is no content delivery network, no embedded video, no map, no social widget, no comment system, no chat widget, no advertising and no third-party script of any kind. There is no iframe on any page.
The analytics in section V is the case worth being exact about, because analytics is usually where a third-party host appears. It does not here: the script is served from this website's own address and reports to an address on this website's own domain, both of them handled by the host. Every network request this page makes goes to this site's own origin — that was measured on the deployed site, not assumed, and the site's Content Security Policy would block a request to any other host in any case.
Fonts are worth naming, because font loading is the usual quiet exception. All three typefaces on this site are served from this site's own address. Nothing is fetched from a font service while you read, so no third party learns that you visited by way of a font request.
The project shares no data with anyone, sells no data to anyone, and has no data to share or sell.

Links that leave this website
The site links out to the project's official channels on other platforms, and to nothing else. Those links open in a new tab and are marked as external. Following one takes you to a service this project does not operate: the platform will see your visit, may set its own cookies, and applies its own privacy policy rather than this one.
The full list of outbound destinations is in section XII. Reading this website does not contact any of them; only clicking one does.
IX
Children
This website is not directed at children. It has no accounts and nothing to submit, so it holds nothing about a visitor of any age beyond what sections V and VI describe for every visitor alike. It carries no age gate today because there is nothing to gate: nothing can be bought, entered, submitted or signed up for here.

The minimum age for participation once the token, the Lore Challenge or any other interactive mechanism exists, and the wording that has to accompany it. This is a legal threshold that varies by jurisdiction and follows from section II.

Your rights over your data
The project holds no account, no profile and no record identified to you. There is no login and nothing to fill in, and the page-view count in section V is described by Vercel as anonymous and not associated with any individual or IP address. So at present there is nothing held about you for the project to show you, correct, export or delete. Requests about the host's request logs, or about the analytics records Vercel holds, are a matter for the host and for the controller named in section II.

The whole of the statutory rights section: which regime applies (for example the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the CCPA and its successors), which rights that gives you, how to exercise them, the response time, and which supervisory authority a complaint goes to. Every part of this depends on the controller and jurisdiction still open in section II, and none of it may be drafted from a template.

Changes to this notice
This notice will change, and it is meant to. It has already: the analytics in section V did not exist when this page was first written, and the page was rewritten the day it was added. The project intends to build more things that do something: a submission mechanism for the Lore Challenge, a wallet connection, possibly a mailing list.
This notice will be updated before any collection of personal data begins, not afterwards. The date at the head of the page is the date the text was last changed. Material changes will also be announced through the channels below.

How to reach the project
There is no contact email address for this project yet, and this notice will not invent one. The project can be reached through the official channels it actually keeps, which are the same channels listed at the foot of the homepage:
Those are the only channels the project speaks through. Anything claiming to represent 13 Players Club anywhere else should be treated as unaffiliated. Nobody working on this project will ever ask you for your seed phrase or private keys.
